Winner's Circle

Michigan Hockey invites you to nominate players for the 2008-09 Shock Doctor's Winner's Circle Achievement Awards Program.

This program recognizes outstanding achievement in the following categories:

SHUT OUT --- Goaltender - no opposing goals scored
PLAYMAKER --- Three or more assists in one game
HAT TRICK --- Three or more goals in one game
HIGH GRADE POINT --- 3.0 grade point average or higher

Simply email us your players' information

Names of achievement winners will be listed in Michigan Hockey and award certificate will be sent indicating their outstanding achievement(s). Player's may receive only one certificate in each category per year, but names will be published each time they are eligible for recognition.

Be sure to include your name and telephone number as well as address information for sending the award certificate to the player, coach, team manager, etc.
